Shipping information
We currently offer the following delivery services through Royal Mail:

Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2-3 Days delivery, at £4.99.
​All delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking information.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
Additional delivery charges and extended delivery times may apply to certain remote locations, including parts of Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.
Failed Deliveries
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, they may:

Leave the parcel in a designated safe place.

Deliver to a neighbour.

Leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, transport disruptions, or peak seasonal demand.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
